When applying for an entry/exit certificate, if the record-inquiry date is left blank, is the same as the application date, or is in the future, issuance is based on the date of birth. For minors, a parent's ID must be attached. Also, from the time you place your order, on a business-hours basis it takes about 6 hours for standard and 3 hours for urgent before delivery to the customer; delivery time is separate.

If you closed the ID-upload window after ordering, our staff usually sends separate guidance about the ID. Just send your ID to the phone number given in the SMS or KakaoTalk message. Submitted IDs are deleted in bulk after the relevant request is processed, per our personal-information policy, so please send them as instructed without concern. If you need to send your ID in advance before our guidance, send it to 010-3633-2182 for domestic requests, 010-9006-2182 for overseas requests, and 010-9006-2180 for overseas-travel (travel consent) requests.

Once you apply, we send a guide email to the address you registered. Read the guide carefully, fill it out, and reply by email by 14:00 Korea time to proceed the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). Applications received after 14:00 are issued the next day (excluding weekends and holidays). Recently, due to stricter photo review, some applications are rejected for poor photos. Please read the guide carefully and take the photo accordingly.

When the destination is domestic, we usually recommend institution issuance; when overseas, school-of-origin issuance. For certainty, check with the receiving party before applying.
