We prepare 17 document types such as construction business registration certificates, engineer career certificates and specifications — through translation → notarization → apostille / embassy certification → overseas delivery — all in one stop. Typically 3–5 business days, or 5–15 business days when embassy certification is included.
Each overseas client or licensing authority requires different license · track-record documents.
The body issuing or holding each document differs — ministry, local government, association, etc.
You must distinguish countries where an apostille is enough from those that also require embassy certification.
Translation, notarization and certification must be completed in order to meet local licensing or bidding deadlines.
To take part in overseas construction projectsYou must prepare the documents required by the project owner (construction business registrations, engineer career records, performance evidence, etc.) and submit them after notarization and an apostille or embassy legalization. For Apostille Convention member countries, one confirmation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is enough; for non-member countries, embassy legalization in Korea is also required after the Ministry's confirmation.
