Yes. Drafted documents are certified through translation notarization or fact notarization by proxy. If you have a template we use it as is; if not, we will guide you.

Convention countries require an apostille; non-Convention countries require consular confirmation followed by embassy certification, and origin or commercial documents may also require Korea Chamber of Commerce Certification. Tell us your destination country and we will guide you.

When applying for an Entry/Exit Record certificate, if the record-search date is left blank, or is the same as or later than the application date, the certificate is issued based on the date of birth. For minors, a parent's ID must be attached as well. Also, from the time you place the order, it is delivered to the customer after about 6 business hours for standard and 3 hours for urgent processing; delivery time is separate.

If you closed the ID upload window after ordering, our staff will normally send you separate guidance about the ID. Just send your ID to the phone number given in the text message or KakaoTalk message we send you. The submitted ID is deleted in bulk after the relevant case is processed, in accordance with our personal-data policy, so please send it as guided without worry. If you need to send your ID in advance before the guidance, use 010-3633-2182 for domestic civil applications, 010-9006-2182 for overseas civil applications, and 010-9006-2180 for overseas travel (travel consent) applications.

When you apply, we send guidance to your registered email. Read it carefully, fill it in, and reply by email by 14:00 Korea time, and it can be processed the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). If received after 14:00, issuance proceeds the next day (excluding weekends and holidays). Recently, due to stricter photo review, applications are sometimes rejected for poor photos. Please read the guidance carefully before taking the photo.

For submission within Korea, issuance by the institution is usually recommended; for overseas submission, issuance by the school you attended is recommended. For certainty, please confirm with the receiving party and then apply.
