We prepare 10 trade documents such as certificate of origin, commercial invoice and bill of lading — through translation → notarization → apostille / embassy certification → overseas delivery — in one stop. Usually 3–5 business days, or 5–15 business days when embassy certification is included.
Each recipient — customs, buyers, banks — requires different trade documents and certification methods.
The body that issues or holds each document differs — chamber of commerce, customs, shipping line, bank, and more.
You must distinguish countries where an apostille is enough from those that also require embassy certification.
Translation, notarization and certification must be completed in order to meet local licensing or bidding deadlines.
To submit trade & transport documents overseasYou must prepare the documents required by the receiving institution (certificates of origin, commercial invoices, bills of lading, etc.) and complete notarization and an apostille or embassy legalization. For Apostille Convention member countries, one confirmation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is enough; for non-member countries, embassy legalization in Korea is also required after the Ministry's confirmation.
