Documents that require notarization should be applied through the Translation / Notarization-commission agency / Apostille page. For non-notarization translation requests by companies or individuals, the process is: 1. Send the material to be translated by email. 2. Our staff receives it and arranges a translator or translation specialist and a reviewer. 3. We send a quote to the email you provided. 4. If the quote amount is suitable, reply confirming the translation request. More than half of past customers proceeded only up to notarization, but some proceeded up to an Apostille or Embassy Certification depending on the school's request, so for the exact procedure you should ask the receiving school.

To apply for the power of attorney, you must obtain a fact notarization. For the fact notarization, you need the power of attorney bearing the grantor's handwritten signature, the real-estate title deed, and the ID of the person being granted authority.

In the Embassy Certification category, apply for the "Chinese translation + notarization-commission agency + MOFA + Chinese Embassy Certification" product. Depending on your purpose, please choose "commercial" or "civil" in the options.

If you register the marriage in China first, translate the Korean marriage relation certificate into Chinese, then notarize it and obtain Chinese Embassy Certification. If it is an English diploma issued by a national university, an apostille is possible without notarization. If it is an English diploma from a private university, an apostille is possible after original-comparison notarization.

It simplifies the Embassy Certification procedure: a convention that simplifies translation–notarization–consular confirmation–Embassy Certification into translation–notarization–Apostille. It is effective among Apostille convention countries, and the apostille must be obtained in the country where the document was issued.

The basic documents are a criminal-investigation record (for foreign entry/stay permission), a career certificate, a diploma, and a license; if a family visa is needed, also the family relation certificate. The Korea Integrated Civil-Affairs Center can handle the entire process of translation, notarization, and MOFA certification.

Generally the required documents include the articles of incorporation, the last two years' financial statements, a power of attorney, a bank balance certificate, a business-registration certificate, the property register, the representative's passport, and the Vietnam corporate head's passport, but there are regional differences, so check once more with the local receiving office; costs vary by document.

Yes. Since both parents hold parental authority, the consent of the parent who does not travel with the child is required.

An English resident registration copy verifies household members at the residence, not the family relationship, so it cannot serve as proof of family relations. Therefore a notarized translation of the family relation certificate is required. (Exception: for the Philippines only, if parent and child are listed together, the resident registration copy may be substituted.)

Yes, the grandfather need not appear on the family relation certificate. The certificate is needed to prove that the person who signed the consent is a parent. Since it proves the parent–child relationship, the relationship between the minor and the escort does not need to be proven.

When minor children depart without their parents, submission of an 'unaccompanied consent' is increasingly strongly required under international human-rights law due to risks such as forced abduction and departure from parental disputes (divorce litigation), human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and involvement in various crimes. In the past it was requested at random during local immigration screening, but recently, to prevent mishaps from 'frequent entry refusals,' airlines have even tightened checks at 'departure declaration.' Therefore, for free passage at airlines and immigration offices worldwide, we strongly recommend carrying it.

Yes, it is possible. If you send us the original non-criminal certificate, we can handle the notarization-commission agency, MOFA certification, and Korean Embassy Certification within China. However, since processing methods differ by province in China, please send a scan of the document and we will advise the lead time and cost after checking.

Currently, China's non-criminal investigation record can be issued only in the Beijing region for Korean nationals. For Chinese nationals, it can be issued in the Yanbian, Jilin, Heilongjiang, and Liaoning regions. Other regions are currently not feasible. For this civil affair, on the site click Overseas Civil-Affairs Application, then apply for the China (local) non-criminal certificate under the (Overseas) Criminal Record Certificate section. The Chinese party must send copies of the front and back of the Chinese ID, the passport, the household register (hukou), and the marriage certificate; the Korean party must send copies of the resident registration card and passport. Yes, it is possible. When a Chinese university graduate is employed in Korea, you must obtain notarization in China, MOFA certification, and Korean Embassy consular confirmation. You can apply on our site: after signing up, on the Overseas Civil-Affairs Application page, in the (In China) Notarization / MOFA / Consular confirmation field, select 'Chinese academic document notarization-commission agency + MOFA + Embassy Certification' and click Apply in the civil-affairs cart. After payment, we will send a guidance email within the same day.

Notably, the UK and the US allow processing with copies. For most other countries, if you want an Apostille or Embassy Certification, you must proceed with the original. If you tell us the country where the document was issued, we will advise whether copy processing is possible.

It varies by country. For example, in Japan they can be bound and processed as one set. If the document types differ, they cannot be bound together. If you send a scan first, we will advise you accurately.

A 'red ribbon' is what the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs attaches to documents it has certified. If you are then submitting in Korea, you must also go through certification at the Korean Embassy in the Philippines, and we can handle this process too. Since procedures differ by region in the Philippines, please first send a scan to the staff email (apo2@allminwon.com) and we will provide an accurate consultation.

Generally, after graduating from an overseas university, you may need it for employment in Korea, graduate school in Korea, or employment in another country. If you graduated in an Apostille convention country, it can be used after certification up to that country's foreign ministry. If the receiving destination is an Apostille non-member country such as China or Vietnam, you must obtain certification up to the embassy of the receiving country locally. Yes, it is possible. On the site, click Overseas Civil-Affairs Application, then under the (Overseas) Apostille / Consular confirmation category, in the first box there is a 'US (local) notarization-commission agency + apostille' product. Add that product to the cart and complete payment; the responsible team will email you the procedure and requested items. After the local apostille, we send you the original; take it along with your driver's license original to the nearest driver's license office and proceed to obtain a Korean driver's license.

In your case, we will first confirm the country of submission and then assist. For a document issued in a country other than Korea, you must obtain local foreign certification. Generally, present the child travel consent when asked upon entry. The place of inspection may differ by country and it may be a spot check. (Hotels or airlines may also request it upon departure.)

Administrative-scrivener translation verification means a translation administrative scrivener who holds foreign-language translation qualifications confirms the translation; the notarization-commission agency means notarization by a notarization-specialist lawyer; an apostille means the document is certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs so it can be used abroad. The embassy's recommendation is the apostille certification, so it is the safest method, but there has never been a problem even with administrative-scrivener translation verification, so the choice is yours.

You must put a space between the surname and given name. For example, if the name is Hong Gil-dong, write it as HONG GILDONG. (Exceptionally, it may be HONG GIL DONG or HONG GIL-DONG, so be sure to recheck your passport.) The passport number is 9 characters total including the M. Please write it to match the 9 characters.

When applying for an entry/exit record certificate, if you leave the record-inquiry date blank or set it the same as or later than the application date, issuance is based on the date of birth. For minors, the parents' ID must be attached. Also, from the time the customer places the order, on a business-day basis it takes about 6 hours for standard and about 3 hours for urgent before delivery to the customer; delivery time is separate.

Excel reporting alone is not possible. Basic document issuance must take place first; only then can the reporting work be done.

What can be done in Korea is only the notarized translation of foreign documents. Whether personal or corporate, a document issued in another country can only receive foreign-ministry certification in the local country where it was issued.

Whether the original or a copy must be submitted differs by the requirements of the receiving institution, so please ask your place of submission.

These procedures are very strict in each country, and combined with issues of language and time difference and a complex process, a local processing fee and a separate service charge arise. No, it is not possible. If the purpose of use is within Korea, you must obtain certification from a state institution authorized in the country where the document was issued. Therefore it is a procedure that must take place locally. Korean foreign-ministry certification and Embassy Certification are possible only for documents issued within Korea.

We proceeded with issuance based on the details you applied for, but if it was confirmed to be in an un-issuable state and could not be issued, then even though you did not receive the requested document, a refund for the portion already processed is difficult.

When you apply, we send a guidance email to your registered email. Read the guidance carefully, fill it in, and reply by email by 14:00 Korea time; then same-day processing is possible (excluding weekends and holidays). If received after 14:00, issuance proceeds the next day (excluding weekends and holidays). Lately, due to stricter photo screening, some applications are rejected for poor photos. If the destination is within Korea, we generally recommend institution issuance; if overseas, alma-mater issuance. To be sure, please confirm with your place of submission and then apply.

Institution issuance generally takes about 3–4 hours; because the issuing place and the delivering place differ, two seals are affixed. Alma-mater issuance takes about 3–5 days on a weekday basis; because the issuing place and delivering place are the same, one seal is affixed.

For urgent civil affairs, a dedicated staff member handles only your civil affair and issuance takes about 1 to 1.5 hours; for standard civil affairs, issuance proceeds sequentially in the order applied along with other customers' affairs, usually taking about 3–4 hours.

No. We keep it for 5 business days after the requested civil-affairs document has been sent, then destroy it. The reason we keep it for 5 days is that customers frequently request additional documents within 5 business days of receiving their documents.

Even when a customer visits a public office in person to obtain issuance, an ID is required to verify identity. When our staff, authorized by the customer, obtains issuance on the customer's behalf, a copy of the customer's ID is submitted as proof of authorization, and the requested civil-affairs document is issued based on it. Therefore an ID is essential for civil-affairs processing.

For instant civil affairs, if there is no history of name change or resident registration number change, issuance is generally possible within 3–4 hours after ID submission. For institution-linked civil affairs, depending on the type, it takes about 3–4 hours to 10 days after ID submission.

When a mobile payment is made, your payment is settled to the mobile carrier as of the end of this month. The carrier pays the amount to the payment company 'Danal' the month after next, and that amount is in turn paid to the online payment company INICIS. In other words, the company can receive your mobile payment amount only after 3 months.
