Since it wasn't available online, and I only had 2 days left before my submission deadline, I was really anxious — so I sent both a fax request and a postal request. The faxed document arrived the next day and the mailed copy the day after that.
When the fax came through, I confirmed the document had been received properly — what a relief! That weight just lifted right off. :)
The mailed copy arrived the following morning. ^^

2025-12-17 I graduated from a university in Australia and suddenly needed my credentials verified here in Korea — urgently. I was actually looking into buying a plane ticket to fly back to Australia myself, but on top of that, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs apostille appointments were already booked out until next month. I was stuck — then I found this company and went ahead with the express apostille service. They processed everything in exactly 10 business days (excluding weekends), and the documents arrived 10 days to the day after I sent in the originals.
I'd mentally budgeted 14 days accounting for shipping time, so getting it faster than expected was a bonus. The service was fast and accurate, and every time I had a question, they answered right away and kindly walked me through everything. The whole process went perfectly.

They processed everything in exactly 10 business days (excluding weekends), and the documents arrived 10 days to the day after I sent in the originals.
I'd mentally budgeted 14 days accounting for shipping time, so getting it faster than expected was a bonus. The service was fast and accurate, and every time I had a question, they answered right away and kindly walked me through everything. The whole process went perfectly.
